By registering for and using the SMShah Consulting FBR Digital Invoicing Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform provides digital invoicing services to help businesses in Pakistan comply with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) digital invoicing requirements through integration with PRAL (Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited). Users can create, manage, and submit sales tax invoices electronically.
By using this Platform, you agree to:
Users are responsible for obtaining their own PRAL/FBR IRIS credentials. SMShah Consulting acts as a technology facilitator connecting your invoices to the FBR system and does not guarantee acceptance of any invoice by FBR/PRAL, as acceptance is subject to FBR's own validation rules.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial and tax data entered into the Platform. SMShah Consulting is not liable for any penalties, fines, or losses arising from incorrect data entry, misclassification of goods/services, or incorrect tax calculations made by the user.
New accounts are subject to review and approval by our administrators. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security risk to the Platform.
Clients may be assigned to or may select a Consultant on the Platform. Consultants have access to view and manage invoices, companies, and data of their assigned clients solely for the purpose of providing consultancy services. Clients may request a change of consultant at any time through their profile.
We collect and store business information, tax data, and invoice records necessary to provide our services. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with FBR/PRAL as required for invoice submission and regulatory compliance.
Use of the Platform may be subject to service charges as communicated separately (e.g., per-invoice processing fees). Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the applicable fee structure.
SMShah Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, please contact SMShah Consulting through the official support channels.
